Instructions
Search by Condition
- Click on the link "Search by Condition". This will take you to a page displaying a list of the VCU studies open to enrollment, grouped by condition.
- Click on the link of the condition in which you are interested. This will bring you to a list the VCU studies open to enrollment for this condition. Note that a study may be categorized in up to three conditions.
- Click on a study's IRB number. This will bring you to the study details - including, title, purpose, age and gender eligibility, a link to ClinicalTrials.gov, the federal registry of clinical trials conducted in the United States for additional information, and the VCU contact for this study.
Advanced Search
- Click on the "Advanced Search" link. This will take you to a page displaying various criteria for searching.
- You may enter text by which to search. After entering the text you wish to search, hit the "Search" button to right. The resulting page will list the matches to your search.
- Or you may narrow down your search by selecting any combination of the following: department, IRB number, principal investigator (PI), condition, gender or age eligibility. If searching by this option, use the "Search" button at the bottom of the page. The resulting page will list the matches to your search.
- Click on a study's IRB Number. This will bring you to the study details - including, title, purpose, age and gender eligibility, a link to ClinicalTrials.gov, the federal registry of clinical trials conducted in the United States for additional information, and the VCU contact for this study.
List all Trials
- Click on the link "List all Trials". This will list the VCU studies open to enrollment and soon to be opened for enrollment. You may sort this list by principal investigator (PI) name or by IRB number.
- Click on a study's IRB Number. This will bring you to the study details - including, title, purpose, age and gender eligibility, a link to ClinicalTrials.gov, the federal registry of clinical trials conducted in the United States for additional information, and the VCU contact for this study.
